34/1000 Plastisol Coated Box Profile Roofing Sheets

The Plastisol Coated finish offers a tougher and more durable option against our Polyester Coated range and is by far the most popular option in today’s market. It comes with a high grade embossed leather grain effect and is available in an extensive range of colours.

Offering a 200 Micron coating giving you an unofficial (otherwise applied for) guarantee of 30 years inland and 25 years coast side to ensure you a great longevity; the Plastisol Coated finish is perfectly suited for industrial buildings but is also ideal for domestic projects. It is also available for the Composite Panel using a 0.5mm top sheet.

Our HSL-34/1000 Box Profile roofing sheet, also referred to as a Trapezoidal single skin sheeting, has a captivating appearance having 7 castles with narrower troughs, using a profile pitch of 167mm and a profile depth of 34mm. The profile has a cover width of 1000mm (also known as 'after overlap') and is manufactured cut to length (in 25mm increments) - just enter the length of your sheets in the relevant box above.

Comes in a Plastisol coated finish in a wide range of colours in either 0.5mm or 0.7mm thickness with the option to add our Dr!pstop membrane control system, which helps to reduce condensation during inconsistent temperatures. The colour coated finish options for this profile finish include: Anthracite Grey, Goosewing Grey, Jet Black, Juniper Green, Moorland Green, Merlin Grey, Olive Green, Pure White, Sargasso Blue, Slate Blue, Slate Grey, Terracotta Red & Van Dyke Brown . We offer a wide range of delivery options including local collection from our Shropshire depot. We aim to deliver products as soon as possible which will be around 7-10 days for England / Wales and 14-21 days for Scotland Mainland. You'll be kept in the loop and notified the day before delivery to confirm a morning or afternoon delivery slot.


DELIVERY COST

Ordering roofing sheets & flashings means we always deliver using our own vehicles. We do this to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition as our drivers are used to handling, and dealing with the product. As such

Dripstop membrane on the reverse of the sheeting provides a medium for trapping moisture in the specially designed pockets formed in the felt membrane. Dripstop holds that moisture until conditions go back below the dew point and it is released back into the air in the form of normal humidity.

DR!PSTOP is a special membrane that solves condensation problem inside buildings with uninsulated roof.

When the condensation process starts, water drops start to form on the underside of the roof. DR!PSTOP absorbs around 1.000 g/m2 of water which is stored in tiny places in the membrane. When it becomes warmer, water starts to evaporate back to air and DR!PSTOP membrane gets dry again.
