32/1000 Polyester Coated Box Profile Roofing Sheets

The Polyester Coated finish offers you a relatively cost effective option against our Plastisol Coated range and even though it doesn’t have the life expectancy of the Plastisol Coated option, it doesn’t alter the fact that the Polyester coating offers a fantastic finish and quality.

Offering a 25/10 Micron coating giving you an unofficial (otherwise applied for) guarantee of 25 years inland and 20 years coast side to give you an excellent product for the money. This is a great option for farm buildings and domestic projects. This option is by far the farmer’s favourite.

Our HSL-32/1000 Box Profile roofing sheet, also referred to as a Trapezoidal single skin sheeting, has a captivating appearance having 6 castles with 2 strengthening ribs in the troughs, using a profile pitch of 200mm and a profile depth of 32mm.

The profile has a cover width of 1000mm (also known as 'after overlap') and is manufactured cut to length (in 25mm increments) - just enter the length of your sheets in the relevant box above.

Comes in a Polyester coated finish in a wide range of colours in either 0.5mm or 0.7mm thickness with the option to add our Dr!pstop membrane control system, which helps to reduce condensation during inconsistent temperatures. Dripstop membrane on the reverse of the sheeting provides a medium for trapping moisture in the specially designed pockets formed in the felt membrane. Dripstop holds that moisture until conditions go back below the dew point and it is released back into the air in the form of normal humidity.

Dr!pstop Info & Guides

DR!PSTOP is a special membrane that solves condensation problem inside buildings with uninsulated roof.

When the condensation process starts, water drops start to form on the underside of the roof. DR!PSTOP absorbs around 1.000 g/m2 of water which is stored in tiny places in the membrane. When it becomes warmer, water starts to evaporate back to air and DR!PSTOP membrane gets dry again.
